1 Order Processing Time
All paid orders will be processed, inspected, packaged and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends, holidays or during store promotion peak periods will be processed in sequence within the above time range without delay deliberately. We will complete product quality inspection before shipment to ensure the integrity and qualification of delivered goods.
2 International Delivery Time
For all European and American countries and regions, the standard delivery time after order shipment is 15 to 30 working days. The actual arrival time may be slightly affected by objective factors such as international logistics transportation, customs clearance inspection, local postal distribution efficiency and seasonal logistics pressure.
3 Logistics Notes
Once your order is shipped, we will send a logistics tracking number to your reserved email. You can check the real-time transportation status of your package at any time. We do not support designated logistics carriers by default. For remote areas in Europe and America, the delivery cycle may be extended appropriately, and we will not bear the additional time cost caused by objective logistics factors.
